Job description

Jackson & Coker is seeking a Board Certified Diagnostic Radiologist for a locum tenens assignment in California, spanning from August 2026 to June 2028. This role involves performing a high volume of radiology exams for both inpatient and outpatient populations. The ideal candidate will be proficient in various modalities and able to manage a busy daily caseload.

Practice Info

  • Practice setting: Onsite
  • Patient type: Inpatient and outpatient
  • Radiology exams: Approximately 9,500 per month
  • Reads per day: 100–120
  • Typical daily volume: 60–70 X-rays, 30–32 CT, 12–15 ultrasound, 2–3 fluoroscopy, 3 MRI
  • Modalities: CT, MRI, X-ray, ultrasound

Responsibilities

  • Perform Abdominal/Pelvic CT procedures
  • Conduct GI studies including Barium enema, small bowel follow through, upper GI, and esophagram
  • Potentially perform PICC line placement
  • Potentially perform Hysterosalpingograms
