Campbell Construction in Mukwonago Wi needing a Construction Carpenter 

Hourly range, full health benefits, paid per diem, paid gas allowance, company vehicle, health benefits 

Job Duties

Read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, specifications, and layout plans.Measure, mark, cut, shape, and assemble lumber, plywood, engineered wood, and other construction materials.Perform rough carpentry, including framing walls, floors, ceilings, and roof systems.Install studs, plates, headers, joists, rafters, trusses, blocking, bracing, and sheathing.Build and install concrete forms for footings, foundations, slabs, walls, columns, and other structures.Install doors, windows, frames, trim, cabinets, backing, and other carpentry components.Perform accurate layout using tape measures, levels, squares, lasers, and other measuring equipment.Operate hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic tools, including saws, drills, nail guns, and impact drivers.Inspect completed work to ensure proper dimensions, alignment, quality, and compliance with plans and specifications.Perform demolition, renovation, repair, and punch-list work as required.Coordinate with foremen, superintendents, subcontractors, and other trades to maintain workflow and project schedules.Assist with material staging, organization, inventory, and jobsite cleanup.Identify construction problems and assist in resolving field issues.Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in safe operating condition.Follow OSHA regulations, company safety policies, and proper PPE requirements.Complete assigned work safely, efficiently, and according to project schedules and quality standards.
