Project Manager

Campbell Construction Inc., of Wooster/Wadsworth, Ohio is hiring skilled Project Managers. We are one of NE Ohio's premier Design-Build contractors and have been in business since 1953. Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years experience working in the construction industry which should include a minimum of 4 years in a construction management and/or craft supervision position and currently or soon to be relocated in NE Ohio, preferably in Summit, Medina, Wayne, Ashland, Portage or Stark County. All of our work is performed in NE Ohio, which means you will be home every evening with your family.

Primary Purpose: Project Manager

• Lead construction projects from start to finish, ensuring safe, high-quality work delivered on time and within budget.
• Develop and manage project schedules, staffing plans, and daily jobsite operations.
• Direct Superintendents, Foremen, field personnel, subcontractors, and material deliveries.
• Monitor project progress to ensure compliance with company standards, safety requirements, design plans, and budget goals.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
