Position Summary: The purpose of this role is to maintain and repair all vending, fountain, coffee, ice and refrigeration
equipment to maximize customer satisfaction and sales. This role will also install, remove and relocate all vending,
fountain, coffee, ice and refrigeration equipment to maximize customer satisfaction. Perform preventative and quality
maintenance checks in addition to maintaining various records and reports.

Essential Job Functions

  • Install, remove and relocate vending, fountain and all other dispensing equipment
  • Diagnose and repair vending, fountain, coffee, ice and refrigeration equipment
  • Account for product and cash from vending machines
  • Maintain daily records, including time, mileage, parts usage, parts inventory using a handheld device
  • Complete daily handheld close-out procedures
  • Ensure the service vehicle is stocked with appropriate parts inventory and restock as needed
  • Complete equipment installations as required
  • Perform daily vehicle inspections
  • Be available to work weekends and on-call shifts as assigned
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving record
  • Mechanical and refrigeration trade school training preferred
  • Diagnostic and troubleshooting experience preferred
  • Knowledge of machines and tools, including their design, use, repair and maintenance
  • Basic electrical knowledge
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Ability and experience in moving large equipment with mechanical aids

Working Environment
Work generally performed in customer accounts and may involve working in close, confined spaces, as well as occasional
exposure to dust and unpleasant odors.
