Begin your driving career with experienced professionals and start earning immediately after CDL school, debt free. 10-4 Logistics USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates to join our Eastern Regional Fleet based in Wheeling, WV. This is a full-time regional dry van position offering paid one-on-one mentor training, no-touch freight, and weekly or bi-weekly home time options.

  • Pay and training:
    • $850 per week during paid training
    • Paid one-on-one mentor program designed for recent CDL school graduates
    • Assigned truck after successful completion of the mentor program
    • Expected solo earnings: $1,600–$1,800+ per week
    • Paid every Friday
    • Paid orientation
  • Route and freight:
    • Eastern Regional Fleet serving Wheeling, WV and surrounding areas
    • Full-time CDL-A position
