Auch in Deutschland treiben wir unsere Expansion konsequent voran und haben bereits 36 Stores erfolgreich eröffnet.

Als Expansion Manager (m/w/d) bist du maßgeblich für die weitere Entwicklung unseres Filialnetzes und die Auswahl neuer Standorte verantwortlich. In deinem Expansionsgebiet identifizierst du geeignete Flächen, führst Verhandlungen mit Eigentümern, Vermietern und Investoren und begleitest neue Standorte bis zur finalen Entscheidung. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit internen Fachbereichen sowie externen Geschäftspartnern zusammen und gestaltest unsere Expansionsstrategie von Beginn an aktiv mit.


Deine Aufgaben
  • Standortakquise & Flächenentwicklung: Identifikation und Akquise geeigneter Einzelhandelsflächen in deinem Expansionsgebiet unter Berücksichtigung unserer Standortanforderungen und Wachstumsziele
  • Verhandlungen & Vertragsabschluss: Führung von Verhandlungen mit Eigentümern, Vermietern, Projektentwicklern und Investoren bis zur finalen Einigung
  • Standortbewertung: Prüfung potenzieller Standorte sowie Erstellung fundierter Entscheidungsgrundlagen für die interne Freigabe
  • Markt- & Wettbewerbsanalyse: Beobachtung relevanter Märkte und Wettbewerber sowie aktive Weiterentwicklung unserer Expansionsstrategie
  • Gebietsmanagement: Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung deines Expansionsgebiets sowie enge Abstimmung mit dem Head of Expansion, internen Fachbereichen und externen Geschäftspartnern

Was du mitbringst
  • Berufserfahrung: Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position, idealerweise in der Expansion, Immobilienentwicklung oder Standortakquise
  • Branchenkenntnisse: Erfahrung im Einzelhandel, vorzugsweise im Textil- oder Discountbereich oder in einer vergleichbaren Filialstruktur
  • Verhandlungs- & Kommunikationsstärke: Ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick, ein überzeugendes und verbindliches Auftreten sowie Freude am Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Geschäftspartnern
  • Unternehmerisches Denken & Arbeitsweise: Ein gutes Gespür für attraktive Standorte, hohe Eigeninitiative und Selbstorganisation sowie eine analytische, lösungsorientierte und pragmatische Herangehensweise
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse für die Zusammenarbeit in einem internationalen Umfeld
  • Mobilität: Führerschein der Klasse B und Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Geschäftsreisen und Standortbesuchen innerhalb Deutschlands
