About this Role

Insights Manager โ€“ The Insights team is looking for a motivated individual with a mixed-methods research background to serve as an Insights Manager. This person will be responsible for executing large strategic research studies across GoodRxโ€™s consumer product offerings, as well as delivering relevant analytics and technical support to the team, as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Design and execute complex research studies that inform the development and continued optimization of GoodRxโ€™s subscription services and core product offerings.
  • Manage longitudinal CSAT/NPS and other KPI studies for ongoing internal and external reporting across all GoodRx product offerings.
  • Provide analytics support to the Insights team, working in Redshift, Tableau and Lookr to pull customer data and develop relevant dashboards.
  • Leverage multiple primary and secondary quantitative data sets to answer key questions and ensure a holistic analysis of problems and potential insights.
  • Manage the execution of research studies, including sampling, data collection, cleaning and weighting to ensure the highest level of data quality.
  • Conduct data analysis, including cross tabulation and dashboard creation to generate meaningful findings.
  • Develop digestible reports that clearly communicate findings to non-research audiences (e.g., senior leadership, sales, product, design).

Required Skills & Experience
  • 8+ years of professional experience in consumer/user experience research or analytics, or a Bachelorโ€™s degree with 6 years of experience, or a Masterโ€™s degree.
  • Extensive experience with survey design, sampling, weighting, and basic statistical analysis.
  • Expertise in Alchemer or Qualtrics; experience with Dscout, UserInterviews, or a similar qualitative tool.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, Redshift, and Tableau.
  • Presentation building skills (PowerPoint, Google Slides) and a good eye for concise data visualization.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to synthesize findings for both technical and nonโ€‘technical audiences.
  • Experience in healthcare is preferred but not required.
  • Experience with AI research tools is preferred but not required.
Compensation

Pay ranges vary by location. For example: SanFrancisco/Seattle: $136,000.00โ€“$216,000.00; NewYork: $124,000.00โ€“$198,000.00; SantaMonica: $113,000.00โ€“$180,000.00; Other locations: $102,000.00โ€“$162,000.00. Patents, bonuses and equity grants may also be offered.
