Recruiting Coordinator Opportunity

We're looking for a Recruiting Coordinator who is detailoriented, proactive, and passionate about supporting people. In this role, you'll help drive our recruiting efforts by:

  • Posting roles and partnering with recruiter and hiring managers to craft compelling job descriptions

  • Scheduling interviews and tracking candidates through the full hiring process

  • Supporting onboarding, offer letters and internal transfers

  • Maintaining recruiting tools, trackers, and process improvements

  • Support Recruiters and sourcers in day to day needs to accelerate overall results

What We're Looking For
  • 1-2 years of administrative or recruiting coordination experience

  • Strong communication skills and high attention to detail

  • Selfdriven, collaborative, and eager to learn

  • Someone who thrives in a fastmoving, peoplefocused environment
