The Opportunity

We are seeking a Solutions Architect with a take-charge attitude—someone who thrives on driving engagement, proactively identifying solutions, and leading technical initiatives. As a member of our elite team, you will design and implement cutting-edge technology ecosystems, turning complex business challenges into secure, scalable, and forward-thinking solutions.

Your Impact

• Architect enterprise-level IT solutions that enhance security, efficiency, and scalability.
• Take ownership of projects, driving engagement with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Design, implement, and optimize secure and scalable Microsoft 365, Azure, and Windows Server architectures.
• Develop hybrid and cloud-native environments that enhance business operations, strengthen cybersecurity postures, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Leverage technologies such as Azure AD, Intune, Microsoft Defender, Azure Virtual Desktop, and advanced backup solutions to create resilient IT infrastructures.
• Analyze and solve complex IT challenges with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Innovate using the latest advancements in cybersecurity best practices.
• Advise and collaborate as part of a highly skilled and engaged local team, ensuring seamless solution delivery.

Your Expertise

• 7+ years of experience designing and implementing enterprise IT architectures.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, and cloud environments—this is critical to success in this role.
• Previous Managed Services experience is strongly desired—understanding how to deliver IT solutions in a proactive, service-oriented model.
• Confidence and a take-charge mentality—someone who is proactive, decisive, and comfortable driving technical initiatives.
• Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking abilities—capable of diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex IT challenges.
• Proven ability to optimize IT infrastructure for security, scalability, and efficiency.
• Strong consultative communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical teams and executive leadership.
