• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations of clients to determine their mental health needs and challenges.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances and goals.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client sessions, including detailed progress notes and action plans, leveraging appropriate electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field is required.

The compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $95,000 annually, accompanied by a competitive sign-on bonus.
