Part-Time Receptionist – Penn Hills

We are seeking a reliable and professional Part-Time Receptionist to join our team in Penn Hills.

Schedule:

  • Monday – Friday
  • 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
  • Flexibility required to cover vacation hours (1:00 PM – 6:00 PM)

Pay:

  • $15–$17 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Perform general office duties including data entry and letter writing
  • Maintain organized records and assist with administrative tasks
