PEMEX Deer Park is seeking a high-performing, energetic Senior Warehouse & Logistics Analyst known as (Senior Warehouse & Logistics Manager) to oversee our Warehouse and Logistics operations. This leader will manage a multifaceted team of contractors, ensure safe and efficient material handling, and drive continuous improvement across the inbound and outbound material supply chain.
As a key member of the Supply Chain Planning & Delivery (SCPaD) organization, you will be responsible for how all refinery materials are received, stored, tracked, and delivered — supporting MTAC, Engineering, Projects, Turnarounds, and day-to-day operations. This role requires a hands-on, results oriented leader with deep warehousing/logistics expertise and strong contractor management capability.
This role is not simply to operate the warehouse, but to assess, benchmark, and elevate the refinery’s warehousing and logistics function to industry best practice, aligned with recognized standards in materials management, inventory control, material handling, and logistics operations. The successful candidate will bring deep knowledge of modern warehouse operating models, inventory governance, and logistics excellence frameworks, and will be expected to implement sustainable improvements grounded in industry standards and certifications.

About the Team
The Senior Warehouse & Logistics known as a (Senior Warehouse & Logistics Manager) is a core leader within the SCPaD organization and collaborates closely with Contracting & Procurement (CP) and Procure Goods and Services (PGS) to deliver end-to-end materials support for the refinery. This role owns custodianship of all site-managed materials and leads both strategic and tactical warehouse/logistics operations.
