Job description

Job Description:
Permian Resources (NYSE: PR) is seeking a Peloton Platform Support Analyst in Midland, TX, reporting to the IT Director of E&P Systems. This role provides production support and continuous improvement for Peloton applications across drilling, completions and operations workflows, with specific emphasis on WellView and SiteView.
General Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day production support for Peloton applications with primary focus on WellView and SiteView (issue triage, root cause analysis, resolution, and user communication)
  • Troubleshoot and coordinate resolution of incidents and service requests in an Allez (SaaS) environment, including configuration-based issues and vendor escalations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve failures across the full data integration pipeline: inbound and outbound integrations for WellView and SiteView, Peloton's ETL process into Snowflake, and downstream consumption in Databricks; identify the point of failure across each layer and coordinate resolution with integration developers
  • Administer and update Peloton workflow configurations, UDL changes, mappings, security/roles following change control and documentation standards
  • Partner with drilling, completions, and production stakeholders to capture and confirm requirements for platform changes; evaluate and communicate the downstream impact of changes between WellView and SiteView to ensure cross-application consistency
  • Maintain operational readiness: monitoring, runbooks/KBs, release validation, user training materials, and on-call support as required; ensure solutions meet security and audit expectations

Required Qualifications
  • BS/BA in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
  • Application support experience supporting business-critical SaaS or enterprise platforms with production ownership
  • +5 years hands-on experience supporting Peloton WellView and SiteView (configuration, troubleshooting workflow/data issues, UDLs, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting data integration failures across multi-layer pipelines; familiarity with Peloton's ETL processes, Snowflake, and Databricks, including the ability to trace failures from source system through to downstream consumption

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience troubleshooting specifically in an Allez environment
  • Familiarity with ITSM processes and tools (incident/problem/change management)
  • SQL proficiency and experience supporting integrations and reporting
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with integration developers and vendors to diagnose failures, confirm fix scope, test resolutions, and prevent recurrence; able to bridge the gap between functional requirements and technical implementation
  • Oil & gas domain knowledge (drilling/completions operations, well lifecycle data) and experience supporting E&P applications in a field-centric environment
