Job Summary:
Peerless Technologies Corporation is searching for a highly capable AFSIM Developer / Modeler to support advanced modeling and simulation efforts for Navy and DoD mission needs. The selected candidate will contribute to model development, validation and verification, and operational analysis efforts within a high-visibility environment.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Contribute to model development, validation and verification (V&V), and operational analysis efforts such as trade studies and analyses of alternatives.
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Proficiency in Python, C/C++, or similar programming languages
โ€ข Experience with AFSIM or similar modeling and simulation tools (e.g., STK, NGTS, Suppressor)
โ€ข Strong systems thinking and experience integrating models into larger simulation environments
โ€ข Ability to work directly with customers and translate mission needs into technical solutions
โ€ข TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain
Preferred:
โ€ข Experience with EMSO, Electronic Warfare (EW), or RF-related modeling
โ€ข Background in analysis of alternatives (AOAs), design of experiments (DoE), or campaign-level modeling
โ€ข Familiarity with Nuclear Triad or strategic deterrence modeling
โ€ข Experience with containerized or microservices-based environments
โ€ข Exposure to AI/ML-enabled analytics or SIGINT-related applications
