Role Description The Peer Support Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Stockton, CA, focused on providing one-on-one and group support to individuals using lived experience and empathetic listening. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with participants, helping them identify goals, offering emotional support, and connecting them to appropriate resources and services. The role involves documenting interactions, tracking progress, and communicating clearly with participants, colleagues, and supervisors to ensure coordinated care. The Peer Support Specialist will assist with basic troubleshooting of service-related issues, provide customer support in person and by phone, and contribute to improving peer support processes through feedback and collaboration.
