• A current, valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• A nonjudgmental attitude and a deep sense of empathy towards the experiences and challenges faced by clients.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring high-quality care.

While not required, candidates with experience in addiction counseling, crisis intervention, or trauma-informed care will be highly regarded. Additional certifications and training related to family therapy or mental health may also enhance your application.

• A competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and education.
