Job description

Make a meaningful impact on students’ communication skills in an engaging school-based environment. This full-time contract opportunity is perfect for a talented Speech-Language Pathologist interested in supporting Kindergarten through 8th-grade students. With a 4-day workweek totaling 30 hours, you'll enjoy a well-balanced schedule and the unique perk of working from home two days each month.

This role prioritizes your expertise in pediatric and school-based speech therapy, providing a rewarding space to foster students’ development alongside dedicated educational professionals. Qualifications and Required Credentials:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Arizona SLP license and current print card required
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated experience delivering therapy in schools or pediatric settings
  • Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for students in K-8th grade
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address a variety of speech, language, and communication needs
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and school staff to maximize student progress
  • Document progress and maintain compliance with IEP requirements and state regulations
  • Engage in parent and staff consultations, offering support and education as needed
  • Join occasional remote days to complete documentation and consultation efficiently
