TitlePediatric Dental Assistant
Job DescriptionPatient Experience Champion
Warmly greet patients and families, explain procedures in kid-friendly language, and help children feel calm and confident throughout their visit.
Chairside Assisting
Assist dentists during exams and procedures including cleanings, fillings, sealants, and preventive care.
Clinical Excellence
Take digital X-rays, maintain sterilization standards, and keep treatment rooms organized, clean, and ready for each patient.
Education & Communication
Educate children and parents on oral hygiene, preventive care, and healthy habits in a clear, friendly, and supportive manner.
Salary RangeFull-time $22 - $27 per hour

Shift & ScheduleMonday 8am to 5pm, Tuesday to thursday 7:30am to 4:30pm

Required Credentials
Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in Washington State
Current BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

You’re comfortable in a busy practice, open to learning, and committed to delivering consistently excellent service.
