At iKids Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics, we specialize in creating positive dental experiences for children and their families. With multiple locations across the DFW area, our mission is to provide gentle, high-quality care in a fun, supportive environment. We believe in teamwork, compassion, and helping kids smile with confidence.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and dependable Pediatric Dental Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about working with children, has strong communication skills, and is comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare exam and treatment rooms for pediatric dental procedures

  • Assist the dentist chairside during exams and treatments

  • Take digital X-rays and impressions as needed

  • Provide oral hygiene instructions to patients and parents

  • Maintain a clean and sterilized clinical environment

  • Ensure a positive and comforting experience for each child

  • Keep accurate and up-to-date patient records

Qualifications:

  • Current Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license

  • CPR certification

  • Previous experience in pediatric dentistry is a plus

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required

  • Ability to work well with children and parents
