Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients. Coordinates the patients care in conjunction with other departments. Maintains patients' rights and confidentiality of patient information.   • Special Float Pool Pay Differentials:
    • + $5.00/hr for RNs without ICU experience
    • + $7.50/hr for RNs with ICU experience
  • Shift Differentials (Evening/Night)
  • Weekend Option Differential$20/hr RN

You’ll develop top-notch clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills while working alongside compassionate, dedicated professionals.

Float Pool RNs rotate across the following units:

  • Emergency Department
  • ICU
  • Cardiac Telemetry
  • Medical-Surgical - (Adults)
  • Medical-Surgical - (Adults & Peds)

???? Qualifications

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited RN program
  • Licensure: Active RN license in Missouri or compact license (must meet state board requirements)
  • Experience: 1+ year RN experience preferred
  • Certifications:
    • BLS (Basic Life Support) – Required within 30 days of hire
    • Depending on assignment, may also require:
      • ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
      • PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
  • Physical Requirements:
    • Able to push/pull/lift up to 50 lbs regularly
    • Requires standing, walking, bending, reaching, kneeling, and squatting throughout shifts
