Peak Performance Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and skilled Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our dynamic outpatient team in Boca Grande, Florida. This full-time position plays a critical role in helping patients reclaim their mobility and improve their quality of life through specialized treatment approaches tailored to individual needs.

Our working hours are from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, allowing for a structured work-life balance that our team values. • Provide personalized physical therapy to patients with orthopedic conditions, developing and implementing customized treatment plans based on individual assessments.
• Manage a caseload efficiently, ensuring each patient receives dedicated attention and tailored care to meet their specific rehabilitation goals.
• Employ a variety of treatment modalities, including manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to restore physical function and enhance patient mobility.
• Develop comprehensive care plans that include evidence-based interventions, focusing on strengthening, flexibility, coordination, and balance.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to enhance the holistic treatment of each patient.
• Continuously evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatment processes, and outcomes using EMR systems, particularly WebPT.
• Educate and motivate patients on lifestyle choices and exercises that promote long-term health and wellness, reducing reliance on surgical or pharmaceutical interventions.
• Engage in regular professional development activities to stay current with best practices in orthopedic physical therapy.

Our clinic serves a diverse clientele, including athletes, active individuals recovering from injuries, and those seeking to improve functional movement and overall wellness. Each patient's treatment journey is unique, requiring the therapist to apply clinical expertise in orthopedic concerns, tailoring care to meet individual recovery timelines and lifestyle needs.

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent education and training.
• An active Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida, with a clean record free from disciplinary actions.
• Strong skills in manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercise programming, demonstrating the ability to customize approaches for complex patient presentations.
• Proficient in the use of EMR software, particularly WebPT, for patient documentation and treatment tracking.
• A commitment to evidence-based practice and a proactive approach to professional development in emerging physical therapy techniques.

• Previous experience in an orthopedic outpatient clinic is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with specialized therapeutic modalities and advanced rehabilitation techniques.
• Experience working within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing comprehensive rehabilitation programs.

The salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, dependent on experience and relevant qualifications.
