Choke Repair Technician

Premium Oilfield Technologies is looking for a skilled Choke Repair Technician to join our team! If you're mechanically inclined, enjoy troubleshooting equipment, and take pride in restoring machinery to peak performance, this is the opportunity for you.
As a Choke Repair Technician, you'll diagnose, repair, rebuild, and test critical oilfield choke equipment that keeps drilling operations running safely and efficiently. Every repair you complete plays an important role in delivering reliable equipment to our customers.
What You'll Do
  • Disassemble, inspect, and rebuild hydraulic and manual choke assemblies.
  • Diagnose equipment failures and determine the root cause.
  • Replace seals, bearings, stems, seats, trim, and other internal components.
  • Read repair procedures and engineering drawings.
  • Perform functional testing to verify repairs.
  • Complete repair documentation and maintain quality records.
  • Maintain inventory of repair components.
  • Follow company safety standards and maintain a clean work area.
