Are you looking for a fast-paced role where you play a key part in keeping a kitchen running smoothly? Greek Peak Mountain Resort is seeking a Dish Machine Operator to ensure our food & beverage operations stay clean, efficient, and organized. If you take pride in your work and thrive in a team environment, we want you on board!
What You'll Do
Dishwashing & Sanitation:
  • Operate an automated dishwasher or manually wash and sanitize dishes, silverware, pots, and pans.
  • Follow proper procedures for handling and storing both dirty and clean items.
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and safe dishwashing station.
  • Comply with food safety and sanitation regulations at all times.

Kitchen & Team Support:
  • Assist with cleaning kitchen areas and food prep tasks as assigned by management.
  • Help transport clean dishware to appropriate areas for use by kitchen and waitstaff.
  • Attend team meetings and training sessions to stay up to date on best practices.
  • Provide assistance to other resort departments as needed.
