Ideal candidate will be a detail oriented, efficient self-starter with working knowledge of QuickBooks.


Primary Responsibilities as a member of CAAS (Client Accounting & Advisory Services):
Full cycle accounting
Quickbooks Consulting and Advisory
General Ledger Review and Clean Up
Bank & Credit Card Reconciliations
Adjusting Journal Entries and Month End Close
Payroll
Sales Tax Preparation
Tangible Tax Returns
Financial Statement preparation (Compiled and/or Management Reports)
Direct advisory role with multiple clients and industries providing guidance to improve their internal accounting processes



Hiring Profile
Prior CPA firm experience preferred
3+ years of strong bookkeeping experience
Solid hands on knowledge of financial statements and how they relate to one another
Strong working knowledge of Quickbooks is required (Desktop and Online)
Quickbooks ProAdvisor Certification a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Self-starter, takes initiative
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Quick learner with a positive attitude
Willingness to excel and exceed project and task goal expectations
