Role and responsibilities:
We are looking for a customer-facing Lead Architect to drive Agentic AI-driven telecom transformation programs (large scale NOC / SOC / Operations, etc.), leading customer workshops, shaping solution roadmaps, defining AWS-based architectures and advising business, technology and executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary onsite Lead Architect for Agentic AI-driven telecom transformation across NOC, SOC, network operations, service assurance and incident management domains.
Lead customer workshops and discovery sessions to assess current-state NOC/SOC operating models, alarm flows, ticket lifecycles, triage processes, escalation paths and operational pain points.
Define Agentic AI-driven solution architectures for alarm correlation, event deduplication, anomaly detection, root-cause analysis, incident enrichment, ticket automation and closed-loop remediation.
Drive operational transformation outcomes including MTTR reduction, alert-noise suppression, faster triage, improved fault isolation, proactive incident prevention and better customer experience.
Translate network and operations challenges into scalable architectures spanning OSS, service assurance, observability, telemetry, ITSM, knowledge management and automation platforms.
Design integration patterns for alarms, events, incidents, topology, inventory, logs, metrics, traces and operational knowledge across telecom NOC/SOC ecosystems.
Partner with AWS, customer network teams, operations teams and engineering stakeholders to design secure, scalable and cloud-native Agentic AI telecom platforms.
Develop NOC/SOC transformation roadmaps, target-state operating models, automation backlogs, use-case prioritization and phased implementation strategies.
Lead solutioning, PoCs, end-to-end technical delivery and executive presentations focused on operational efficiency, service reliability, network resilience and measurable business outcomes.
Provide architecture governance across onsite and offshore teams, ensuring operational use cases are aligned with telecom processes, data quality, integration feasibility and production-readiness.
Collaborate closely with Offshore teams, business, network, security, operations, product and engineering stakeholders throughout the transformation lifecycle.
Mentor architects and technical teams on Agentic AI-driven telecom patterns, NOC/SOC automation design, observability-led operations and architecture best practices.
