The Program Manager, Compliance manages and continuously improves the overall compliance program, including ensuring proper policies and procedures are in place, auditing and monitoring, and leading investigations.
Duties and Responsibilities, including but not limited to:
Responsible for all aspects of Healthcare Compliance
  • HIPAA Privacy Officer
  • HIPAA Security Oversight
  • CMS
  • Billing and Coding Oversight
  • State Corporate Practice of Medicine
  • State Certificate of Need
  • Fraud, Waste and Abuse
  • Team member compliance and OSHA training policies and procedures

Radiopharmacy Compliance Assistance
  • Assistance with FDA regulations oversight
  • State board of pharmacy oversight
  • Nuclear Regulatory Commission
  • Pharmaceutical sales regulations

Ownership of the Corporate Compliance Program
  • Maintain and evolve/improve all 7 elements of an effective compliance program
  • Risk assessments
  • Lead compliance investigations
  • Finance, legal, regulatory
  • Assistance with the OSHA Program
  • People Operations compliance

Regulatory tracking
  • Track, monitor, and analyze new laws and regulations that impact the company

Assist with projects that impact the legal and compliance departments
  • Contract management system
  • Contract standardization
  • Contract compliance

Assistance with Clinical Trials Compliance
  • Consent and study design input
  • Grant funding from private, State and Federal sources
  • Assistance with industry sponsored studies

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5 years of experience in a relevant healthcare compliance role required

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree or higher preferred
  • CHC or other compliance certification preferred
  • CHC Privacy certification preferred

Schedule Details:
  • Employment Status: Full time (1.0 FTE)
  • Weekly Scheduled Hours: 40
