Description
The purpose of this position is to provide instruction for assigned Cosmetology courses and assisting the program coordinator with ensuring compliance with all NC State Board of Cosmetic Arts rules and regulations. This position serves in various capacities to realize the College's mission of student success; responsibilities include preparing and delivering lectures, creating, and grading assessments, participating in service-learning activities in the community, and determining the mastery of course content by the student.
Typical Qualifications
Diploma in Cosmetology. License from N.C Board of Cosmetic Arts in Cosmetology. Teacher certificate from the State Board of Cosmetic Arts.
