The CFO will build and lead PCC's finance function โ€” including accounting, revenue cycle, budgeting, and capital planning โ€” while partnering with practice and physician leadership through this next phase of growth. The ideal candidate combines deep healthcare finance expertise with the versatility to build infrastructure from the ground up and the executive presence to operate as a peer to the CEO and physician leadership.ESSENTIAL ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIESIt is every team member's responsibility to contribute to our safe, healthy, harmonious, positive, productive and professional work environment and culture.Strategic & Executive Financial LeadershipServe as the practice's chief financial executive, partnering with the CEO, Medical Director, and physician leadership to translate strategic priorities into financial plans, targets, and accountabilities.Own full P&L visibility and financial performance across all PCC locations and service lines (infusion, lab, PET/CT, radiation oncology); provide physician partners with clear, timely insight into financial results and drivers.Lead long-range financial planning, capital investment analysis, and business case development for new sites, service lines, and equipment (e.g., PET/CT and radiation oncology capital assets).Lead financial planning and readiness for the Gilroy site opening (August 2026) and future site expansion, including staffing, budget, and go-live financial coordination.Represent PCC in strategic and growth discussions, including new site development, payor strategy, and potential tuck-in or affiliation opportunities.Finance Team Build-Out & Accounting OperationsAssess the current finance/accounting structure and design, build, and lead the finance organization needed to support a growing, multi-site practice โ€” including hiring decisions as the practice grows.Lead the local accounting function and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting, collaborating with OneOncology's finance team as needed.Direct the annual budgeting process and ongoing forecasting across all sites, including variance analysis and performance-to-target reporting.Own cash management, banking relationships, and treasury functions for the practice;
