We're partnering with one of the fastest-growing robotics and autonomous systems startups in Austin that is rapidly expanding its engineering organization and preparing to open a new office in San Jose, California.

The company has recently raised a significant Series B round, is already generating revenue, and is building cutting-edge autonomous defense and robotics technologies with a world-class engineering team. They are looking for exceptional engineers who thrive in highly technical, fast-paced environments and want to work on real-world systems that push the boundaries of robotics, AI, embedded systems, and mechanical engineering.

We're currently hiring across multiple senior and staff-level engineering disciplines.

Staff Mechanical Engineer

Design ruggedized electromechanical systems for harsh environments and military-grade applications. Lead mechanical architecture, structural analysis, FEA, vibration and thermal simulations, prototype development, and cross-functional integration with electrical and software teams.

Ideal background:
  • 9+ years of mechanical engineering experience
  • Robotics, autonomy, or medical robotics experience
  • FEA, modal, vibration, and thermal analysis
  • Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Reliability (DFR)
Software Engineer (Robotics)
