We are currently seeking reliable and caring Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our growing team.
The Personal Care Assistant (PCA) provides non-medical in-home support to clients requiring assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs). This role plays a vital part in enhancing clients' quality of life while ensuring safety, comfort, and respectful care.
As a PCA, your duties may include:

  • Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
  • Toileting and incontinence care
  • Mobility assistance and safe transfers
  • Hoyer lift assistance (if trained)
  • Meal preparation and feeding support
  • Light housekeeping related to client care
  • Medication reminders (as permitted)
  • Supporting client goals and independence
  • Assisting with community outings and appointments
  • Monitoring and reporting changes in client condition
  • Maintaining accurate documentation
Requirements
Qualifications
  • PCA certification (preferred where applicable)
  • Experience in home care, long-term care, or similar setting
