PCA RESPONSIBLITIES:
Providing great resident care
Assist resident with dressing.
Answering resident calls and determining how best to help them.
Ensuring client's safety
Performing bedside patient care by anticipating patient needs and prioritizing care accordingly.
Noting observations of resident's behavior, including complaints, or physical symptoms to nurses
Maintains responsibility for own professional development through active participation in in-service and /or continuing education programs timely completion of competencies.
Stay up to date on CNA training and facility policy and procedure.
