Your Role:
  • Help clients live safely and comfortably at home
  • Support clients' physical, emotional, and social well-being
  • Provide compassionate personal care and companionship
  • Safely use assistive equipment (Hoyer lifts, wheelchairs, etc.)
  • Follow care plans and timely complete required documentation

Skills and Qualifications (required)
  • Valid HHA or PCA Certificate
    • If you have experience as a CDPAP personal assistance you may qualify for an ACD class where you can earn a PCA certificate. Complete the application and ask your recruiter.
  • Physical exam form signed and dated by a physician
  • Drug screening
  • Rubella & Rubeola (immunization documentation or Titers)
  • TB screening- provide a negative QuantiFeron test, (if positive, requires a chest Xray)
  • Past Agency employment verification or two professional reference letters
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
  • Valid government-issued ID and Social Security documentation
  • Reliable transportation to commute to clients' homes
