This is a remote position that allows for flexibility while maintaining a collaborative work environment. As part of our integrated care team, you will work closely with fellow mental health professionals to develop and implement treatment plans for our diverse clientele. Our clinic is well-equipped with telemedicine technology, enabling you to provide services to clients throughout Texas, ensuring their mental health needs are met efficiently.

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to tailor individualized therapy strategies for each client.
• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, couples, and groups.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused strategies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, which may include case managers, psychologists, and social workers, to facilitate comprehensive client care.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training to stay ahead of advancements in mental health research and practices.

Our clinic serves a diverse client population, including adults, adolescents, and families facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction. • A Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.
• A minimum of two years of experience in counseling is required, preferably in a clinical setting.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to connect with a diverse clientele.
• A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards in all client interactions.

• Specialization or advanced training in family therapy, couples counseling, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse treatment.
• Experience working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

The expected salary range for this position is between $70,000 and $110,000 annually, with the potential for bonuses based on performance.
