IT Network Administration - Hardware and Software Services Technician

An established, small and growing company is seeking a dynamic individual to join our IT and copier service team in the Salt Lake City area. If you have an exceptional work ethic, and are seeking ways to grow in your career, this may be a good position for you. This position has multiple potential roles including IT technology services and copier repair. We are considering early and mid career practitioners. In this role, you provide IT services and hardware repair to our clientele. We are considering multiple levels on knowledge and skills (Tech 1 - Tech 3) in the following areas.

1. Copier, printer, and PC repair at business client locations.

2. Ability to setup and maintain networks and cloud storage solutions in Linux and Windows environments.

3. Solid IT skills. Ability to design, setup, and present network solutions for clients.

4. Strong customer relationship skills.

5. Knowledge of IT security issues, ransomware, data continuity.

6. A strong interest and desire to perform mechanical and electronic repairs and services.

7. Energetic and active work ethic.

8. Must have excellent communication skills and be presentable to our business clients.

9 You must be physically capable of moving large equipment on your own.
