Full-time and Part-time positions available.

About Us:

SH19 is an extension of The Stovall House, offering a racquet sport based recreational amenity to all active members. Recreational offerings include 5 pickleball courts, 2 padel courts, 2 cold plunges, 1 sauna, warm up and cool down equipment, a snack bar and a retail/pro shop.

We are seeking highly skilled and proactive individuals to deliver and maintain the highest level of hospitality for our members. This role requires welcoming and serving members with efficiency, friendliness, and professionalism, both in person and over the phone. The primary objective is to ensure a memorable and responsive experience for all members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a welcoming atmosphere at SH19, greeting every member or guest with courtesy and urgency.
  • Provide personalized services including court booking, scheduling lessons, in-venue retail purchases, private inquiries, etc. ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Maintain a pace sufficient to keep up with different levels of guest visits.
  • Respond to all member calls, messages, emails, requests, or concerns in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Monitor and ensure booking enquiries and walk-ins are managed professionally and appropriately.
  • Assist with general cleanliness at SH19
  • Assist members with any pickleball, padel, sauna, or cold plunge related questions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a consistent member experience.
  • Stay Informed of the clubs current programming and promotions to provide accurate information to members.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and conduct.
  • Regularly inspect and maintain the condition of the pickleball and padel courts.
  • Clean and change towels in sauna / cold plunge area, as needed.
  • Support event setup and takedown, ensuring facilities meet event requirements.
  • Support the management team as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Highly motivated and experienced individual, who has worked in a similar role.
  • Confident communicator, both oral and written, with exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Professional and welcoming demeanor.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and within a timely manner.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills with attention to detail.
  • Genuine passion and enthusiasm to learn.
  • Ability to work in a fast pace and dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint: can work on both MAC and PC.
  • Impeccable appearance and personal grooming.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including day shifts, evening shifts, holidays, and weekends.
  • Knowledge of the Racquet Sports industry preferred, but not required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to work in a standing position and walk for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
  • Comfortable with working outdoors in different weather conditions as needed.
