This full-time, remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your home while providing essential care in an outpatient setting. Work Environment

This position provides the flexibility of remote work while also benefiting from the collaborative spirit of an outpatient office. Our operational hours extend from 7 am to 10 pm, seven days a week, allowing for adaptable scheduling to meet the diverse needs of our clients. We support our counselors with a robust administrative team, including scheduling and client service assistance, ensuring you can focus on providing excellent care without the burdens of administrative overload.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate client trauma histories and formulate effective treatment approaches.
  • Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans that prioritize trauma recovery and resilience-building specific to each client.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to foster client healing.
  • Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping clients process their trauma and develop essential coping strategies.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists and other multidisciplinary professionals to ensure comprehensive, integrated care for all clients.
  • Provide crisis intervention services during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring immediate and effective support.
  • Educate clients and their families on trauma responses, effective coping mechanisms, and the resources available to them.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential documentation of client interactions in alignment with legal and ethical standards.
