PBSFacility Service is a growing facility services company providing janitorial,concierge, security, handyman, engineering, and facility support servicesthroughout the New York metropolitan area. We are seeking an experienced HRIS & Workforce Systems Administratorto help manage and improve the systems that support our workforce.
Thisrole serves as the primary administrator for Viventium, Epay Time Plus,recruiting, benefits, and other workforce systems. The position works closely with departmentleaders to improve workflows, strengthen reporting, and ensure employeeinformation is accurate throughout the entire employment lifecycle.
What you will do
WorkforceSystems Administration
• AdministerViventium, Epay Time Plus, recruiting, benefits, and related workforce systems.
• Configureand maintain employee records throughout the employment lifecycle.
• Managesystem security, user access, and permissions.
• Coordinatewith software vendors regarding system enhancements and support.
WorkforceData Management
• Maintainaccurate employee information across all workforce systems.
• Processapproved employee changes, including hires, transfers, promotions, compensationchanges, leaves, and terminations.
• Performregular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Supportunion workforce administration, including classifications, seniority, and wageinformation.
Payroll andTimekeeping Support
• Maintainworkforce data that supports accurate payroll processing.
• Auditemployee records and timekeeping information prior to payroll.
• Investigateand resolve workforce data discrepancies in partnership with Payroll andOperations.
• AdministerEpay Time Plus and support timekeeping processes.
Reportingand Process Improvement
