Teamwork extends to working closely with livestock handlers, event organizers, and fellow riders to ensure safety and operational flow. Riders should be prepared for irregular hours, rigorous training, and the physical demands of the sport, but those who are dedicated have opportunities for sponsorship, advancement in professional circuits, and long-term careers within the rodeo industry.
