This position integrates payroll processing, accounts receivable support, and detailed financial reporting to contribute to the organization’s operational success. Your expertise will facilitate seamless transactions that strengthen customer trust and enhance internal financial workflows.

As part of the Customer Processing division and Corporate Finance, Strategy, & Corporate Development business unit, you will engage with cross-functional teams and external vendors to maintain precise financial records, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and internal policies. Your role is crucial to sustaining smooth financial operations within our dynamic corporate environment.

As the Payroll & Billing Coordinator, here's the work you'll do:
  • Accurately process and reconcile billing reports aligned with contract stipulations, ensuring that all invoicing documentation is complete and distributed in a timely manner.
  • Collect and systematically enter employee timekeeping data into the ERP system, managing payroll distribution including paper checks, and promptly resolving any payroll-related inquiries.
  • Address and resolve accounts receivable discrepancies caused by billing errors by effectively collaborating with relevant departments and external stakeholders.
  • Provide responsive assistance and support to site operations as required, ensuring adherence to fiscal policies and procedures.
  • Generate and deliver comprehensive reports and fulfill ad hoc financial requests to support business needs and enhance decision-making processes.
  • Uphold the highest standards of data privacy and security by meticulously administering policies, maintaining confidentiality of customer and employee information, and implementing prompt breach notification protocols when necessary.
This role is for you if you have these skills:
  • Foundational understanding of payroll and billing principles within contractual frameworks, ensuring precise compliance with relevant guidelines and standards.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite, particularly robust skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, financial calculations, and reporting purposes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with vendors, employees across multiple levels, and various departments to facilitate smooth financial operations.
  • Ability to quickly learn and proficiently utilize SAP or comparable enterprise resource planning systems to manage financial transactions and data entries.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the capacity to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet stringent deadlines while maintaining accuracy in numerical data and documentation.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent General Education Degree (GED) as a minimum educational qualification.

  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience in accounting assignments where practical exposure to payroll and billing operations has been gained.

In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $52,160 - $78,240. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as the final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
