Job description

Join a dedicated team committed to accuracy and service as a Payroll Processor. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring employees are paid correctly and on time, while maintaining compliance with company policies and payroll regulations. The Payroll Processor is responsible for reviewing and validating payroll data, processing deductions and adjustments, and providing support to employees with payroll-related inquiries. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and confidentiality are highly valued.

Responsibilities
  • Process weekly payroll for both hourly and salaried employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Review and validate timesheets and payroll data to ensure completeness and correctness.
  • Enter and maintain employee payroll information in payroll systems.
  • Calculate regular wages, overtime, bonuses, and other earnings as applicable.
  • Process payroll deductions, including benefits, taxes, garnishments, and voluntary deductions.
  • Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies prior to payroll submission.
  • Maintain accurate employee payroll records and supporting documentation.
  • Respond promptly to employee questions regarding pay, deductions, and payroll procedures.
  • Ensure confidentiality of all employee and payroll information at all times.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in payroll processing, payroll administration, accounting, or a related field preferred.
