About the Role

Edwards Law is a boutique real estate, estate planning, and probate practice in Buckhead. The firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Closing & Legal Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced residential closing practice and takes pride in accurate, organized work.

Residential real estate closings are the primary focus of this position. During seasonal lulls in closing activity, the Coordinator supports similar work across estate planning and probate matters document preparation, data entry, and client intake.

This position frequently operates as the only non-attorney staff member in the office. The firm provides as much training as needed to learn its process and once learned, the Coordinator is trusted to run with it. This role is built for a self-starter who takes initiative, keeps files moving without being asked, and does not require day-to-day management.

As the firm grows, there is a clear path to Lead Coordinator and, eventually, a management role.

  • Coordinate residential real estate closings end to end scheduling, document preparation, and pre- and post-closing tasks
  • Prepare and review ALTA Settlement Statements and closing documents for accuracy
