EARLY CHILDHOOD LEAD TEACHER

Bright Starts Daycare & Learning Center in Manassas, Virginia provides a warm environment in which the children are valued and respected as exceptional individuals. Professional staff encourages each child to creatively express him or herself through developmentally appropriate activities.

Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to:

  • Create an enriching classroom experience with organized curriculum activities
  • Maintain classroom order and routine as well as developmentally appropriate weekly lesson plans
  • Working knowledge of the practices and principles of early childhood education
  • Good organization and time management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Work as part of a team with good interpersonal skills
  • Professional work ethic including understanding and exercising confidentiality
