TL/DR:
Rivalry is focused on building the most engaging next gen sports betting and entertainment brand globally and we’re looking for a solid Technical Payment Specialist to join us on our next phase of growth.
As a Technical Payments Specialist with an expertise in payments configuration and implementation, you will be implementing end-to-end integrations of new payment providers, maintaining payment service provider integrations, and also provide technical support to diagnose and resolve issues. The ideal candidate will be able to quickly build trust with a wide variety of stakeholders leveraging a mix of technical and practical experience

The nitty-gritty:
  • Working directly with the Product Manager of Payments, other internal stakeholders and external vendors to execute priority payments requirements and backlog
  • Own and execute end to end integration of new payment service providers
  • Support end to end testing of new integrations and maintenance of existing providers
  • Own the maintenance and upkeep of existing payment service provider integrations (including updating API’s, token migrations, cashier updates/changes, etc)
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and work directly with third parties where required to resolve technical aspects
  • Diagnose recurring payment integration issues and implement solutions to solve root cause 
  • Dedicated support for all issues related to the payment service portfolio

Your stats:
  • 3+ years working in payments configuration and implementation
  • Experience implementing new integrations of payment service providers
  • Experience working on the technical maintenance of payment service provider integrations
  • Experience providing technical support to diagnose and resolve issues
  • Experience working with external vendors to deliver on a payments solution 
  • Experience configuring payment solutions within payment aggregators
  • Experience with PaymentIQ payment management system an asset
  • Experience working with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence an asset
  • Experience working in a regulated environment an asset
    English fluency
