and attend court hearings when needed.
Work with Lighthorse Police on criminal trespass, unauthorized occupants,
and other situations requiring law enforcement assistance. Review payment agreements each month to make sure tenants are
complying with the terms of the agreement and determine when additional action is needed.
Review department policies, letters, and forms regularly to make sure they are up to date and that everyone is using consistent language.
Assist coworkers with letters, documentation, account reviews, policy questions, and difficult tenant situations when needed.
Keep files, paperwork, and daily tasks organized to stay on top of deadlines, court dates, payment agreements, and tenant follow- up
Performs other duties as assigned with the scope of work within the
department.
Minimum Requirements: Experience: One to three years of working experience in Indian Housing and knowledge of rules and regulation governing the utilization and expenditure of federal funds
Preferred Requirements: Bachelor degree in Business Management or Business
Administration or related field with 3 to 4 years of working experience in the implementation of Indian Housing activities under the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development programs or other relevant housing funding agencies. Preference: Muscoqee and Indian preference
