Human Resources Business Partner
Position Summary:
  • Full time salaried position
  • Onsite based out of our Winchester, KY location

The Human Resources Business Partner supports the HR Manager in delivering human resources services and executing people strategies for the Winchester site. This role partners with business leaders to provide day-to-day HR support across employee relations, talent management, and compliance, while supporting the implementation of site.
Catalent's Winchester location is the flagship US manufacturing location for large scale oral dose forms, with integrated analytical and development services. With 28 years of expertise in product development, technology transfers and commercial manufacturing, and roots in industry-leading Glatt technology.
The Role:
  • Serve as a primary HR resource for the site, providing guidance to leaders and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Partner with business leaders to support employee relations, workforce needs, engagement, and organizational effectiveness
  • Manage day-to-day employee relations issues; conduct investigations and escalate complex or high-risk matters to HR leadership
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies, including FMLA, ADA, and leave programs; support return-to-work and accommodation processes
  • Support execution of performance management and talent development processes; identify skill gaps and partner on development solutions
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to support recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding activities
  • Support compensation activities in partnership with HR leadership and Global Compensation; analyze HR metrics to identify trends and inform decisions
  • Other duties as assigned

The Candidate:
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline (e.g., Human Resources, Business Management or equivalent, required
  • Minimum five years' experience in human resources or related Catalent experience, required
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, and employment law
  • Individual may be required to sit, stand, walk regularly and occasionally lift 0-15 pounds
