Job description

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Consultant specializing in Cards & Payments with strong Cards Business Analysis expertise. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of card payment platforms, business processes, and implementation activities, with hands-on experience in PAYplus USA and/or GFX software. This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to solve complex business problems, and the capability to work independently while managing stakeholder relationships and project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze complex business requirements related to card payments, processing platforms, and financial services solutions.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in Cards business processes, payment products, and operational workflows.
  • Support client implementations, process improvements, and solution delivery initiatives.
  • Lead analysis activities, including data aggregation, requirements gathering, impact assessment, and solution recommendations.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision while managing assigned projects, processes, or deliverables.
  • Identify business challenges, evaluate multiple information sources, and recommend effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and client representatives to define requirements and resolve issues.
  • Provide guidance and advisory support to internal teams and senior stakeholders.
