Position Overview: 

The Store Associate is the customer service specialist of the store. They are responsible for exceeding customer expectations by listening to customer needs, finding products that meet their needs and providing in-depth information about our products.

Requirements: 
  • Full Time Store Associates must be able to work more than 32 hours per week based on business needs, average work week may comprise of up to 40 hours per week.  
  • Must have flexibility in schedule availability and be able to work varying shifts during the week including evenings and weekends.  
  • Previous customer service experience preferred. 
  • Willingness to learn and ability to take initiative. 
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
Key Responsibilities:         
  • Provide excellent and courteous customer service to maintain and reflect UNIQLO’s values, mission and vision. 
  • Continuously remain knowledgeable with the company’s brand, products and any current store promotions and/or advertisements. 
  • Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness on the sales floor.
  • Monitor and replenish floor stock when needed.
  • Upkeep fitting rooms to store standards and assist customers whenever needed.  
  • Process various payment transactions using a Point of Sale (POS) System. 
  • Other duties as assigned.
