Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Payment Specialist / Level 3 Technical Support Engineer with strong expertise in payment gateway technologies and payment platform support.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, monitoring, troubleshooting, and operational support of payment systems while providing Level 3 support for payment-related issues.

This role involves working closely with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth payment processing and platform reliability.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Level 3 technical support for payment platforms and payment processing systems

  • Monitor and maintain payment gateway integrations and payment platforms

  • Troubleshoot payment transaction failures and production issues

  • Support payment releases, deployments, and QA activities

  • Work with POS systems and payment vendors to resolve issues

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support payment technologies

  • Track and manage issues using JIRA and Confluence

  • Ensure payment platform stability and operational performance


Required Skills
  • Strong experience with payment gateways and payment processing systems

  • Experience supporting POS payment systems

  • Experience providing Level 3 technical support / production support
