Job Description
As a Payment Processor, you will:
  • Process customer payments quickly and accurately
  • Research and resolve unidentified payments
  • Research account overpayments and prepare refund requests
  • Process payment investigations
  • Prepare daily reconciliation of posting totals
  • Perform payment research

Qualifications
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Professional experience with check handling and completing deposits
  • Basic accounting practices knowledge is a plus
  • Superior oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Access, and Word
  • Strong 10-key and typing skills
  • Flexibility to adapt well to change
