As the Technical Solution Leader for Payer/Employer Segment, you will be responsible for managing the technical sales process to bring Verilyโ€™s Data & Technology solutions to existing and new Payer and Employer clients. This will include understanding customer needs, organization structure and buying patterns; developing deep and broad relationships within each account under your purview; collaborating with Verily Commercial and Customer Success teams to bring Verily breadth of solutions into your Payer and Employer clients; and holding responsibility for bookings and revenue generation associated with the products. The role will support all care solutions technical sales processes as well as the PRE, Data Platform and AI applications in the employer and payer segment. You will work cross functionally within each Verily Commercial Team and with Solutions Delivery and Implementation colleagues across Verily. This role will require you to be flexible and nimble and aggressively grow the business to help establish Verily as the premier solution for precision health.Candidates located in San Bruno, Boston or Dallas are strongly encouraged to apply. This will be a remote position as the expectation is that the role will directly interface with customers and be external-facing.## # **Responsibilities*** Drive the technical sales lifecycle for care solutions, Data Platforms, and AI applications within the employer and payer segments.* Partner with Commercial teams from lead generation to close, including value proposition delivery, contract execution, and meeting revenue/booking targets.* Map client organizational structures to uncover new business opportunities and build long-term transformational partnerships.* Serve as an SME in population health AI/data tools; collaborate with Product and Marketing to train internal teams and develop external-facing technical tooling.* Gather customer feedback on market trends, pricing, and competitors to influence internal product roadmaps and company milestones.# ****Qualifications****Minimum Qualifications* Bachelorโ€™s degree in business, healthcare or related field. Plus 15+ years of relevant experience in enterprise sales, strategy consulting or business development focused on Technology SaaS and care management operations.* Deep understanding of care management companies and health plan administrative technologies.* Experience selling complex solutions and driving significant revenue growth.* Highly consultative, hands on and collaborative.
